These Terms govern your use of the Lumio Android application and related services. By creating an account or using Lumio, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and report unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use Lumio to break the law, harass others, impersonate people, distribute malware, bypass access controls, scrape private data, or upload content that infringes another person's rights.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Lumio the limited permission required to host, process, resize, transmit, and display it to the audience you select and to operate widgets, comments, reactions, and voice messages.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. You must respect the privacy and rights of other users.

Availability and enforcement

Lumio may change or suspend features for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, harm users, or create security or legal risks.

Disclaimers

Lumio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or identical behavior on every Android device and launcher.
