This Privacy Policy explains how Lumio collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Lumio Android application.

Information we process

We process account details, authentication identifiers, profile information, unique invite codes, friend relationships, photos, captions, comments, reactions, selected recipients, voice messages, notification tokens, app settings, and technical diagnostics needed to operate Lumio.

How information is used

Information is used to secure accounts, connect mutual friends, deliver content to selected recipients, provide widgets and voice messages, send requested notifications, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and improve reliability.

Sharing and storage

Private content is available only to recipients allowed by the service rules. Service providers may process data when required for hosting, authentication, notifications, or media delivery. Lumio does not sell personal information.

Permissions

Camera, microphone, media, and notification permissions are used only for features you choose. Voice messages cannot be sent to a user who has disabled voice messages.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained while an account is active and as needed for security, legal obligations, and service operation. You may request account deletion from the application.

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Lumio is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law.
